The DSR-570WSL is the top-of-the-line DVCAM camcorder, it records in both widescreen 16:9 and standard 4:3 aspect
ratios. Equipped with three 2/3-inch type Power HAD WSCCDs, it achieves a high resolution of 850 TV lines in 4:3 mode
or 800 TV lines in 16:9 mode. It delivers the superb picture quality required to support virtually any creative shooting environment. The DSR570 can record on standard (up to 3 hours) or mini (up to 40 minutes) DVCAM/DV tapes.
The DSR-570WSL is the first widescreen Sony DVCAM camcorder capable of studio/CCU configuration. In it's new multitasking role, and with it's switchable 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, this camcorder is an ideal tool for rental and flight-pack applications, as well as everyday camcorder use. The DSR-570WSL shares the same accessories as the DSR-500WSL. It can use all DV and DVCam cassette sizes capability.
